Athletic Trainers
Dr. Skelley has been honored to take care of numerous athletes and athletic teams. He has taken care of young adolescent athletes and weekend warriors, to high school and collegiate athletes, to professional and Olympic athletes. Dr. Skelley has helped care for Harvard University Athletics, the National Football League New England Patriots, National Hockey League Boston Bruins, Major League Soccer New England Revolution, and Major League Baseball Red Sox. Referrals:
Dr. Skelley is pleased to offer his services and the resources of the Sanford USD Medical Center to fellow physicians and healthcare professionals. If you would like to refer a patient to Dr. Skelley's clinic please contact us to schedule an appointment and to send all past medical history to Dr. Skelley. For complicated cases and when patients need to travel great distances for their appointments, we request that referring physicians contact Dr. Skelley directly to discuss the referral prior to sending the patient.

Medicine remains a mentorship and apprentice profession. Our clinic works closely with the University of South Dakota medical students, University of North Dakota residents, and fellows in training. We are honored to participate in these programs

Dr. Skelley has published several review texts for Physicians In-training, including publications with the popular First Aid series. The Step 2 CK book he edited was a bestseller on Amazon.com. We welcome students on rotations and as participants in ongoing research studies.
